For putting it across so eloquently that Singapore needs to reevaluate and improve gender equity if it wants to increase fertility rates. I don't know about you but I believe we can do with more men being more involved in the household especially if women are working too. Plus, i'm a firm advocate for equal opportunities and fair treatment  for both sexes  More importantly, I believe it's important for both parents to develop lasting bonds with their children.
